The team at Silverback is outstanding, from their management to their office staff and technicians. They genuinely care about their customers and customer satisfaction. Now that it’s heating up, the spiders have been coming out in full force. I love that I’m able to text our technician. Earlier this week I let him know I’ve been seeing some spiders and he bumped up our service by a week to take care of it for us and worked with me to accommodate my busy schedule. Silverback Team came out and completed a termite extermination at our home. This was on the main beam within our living room. The techs took extra care in protecting our furniture and cleaning up after the service was complete. They provided clear explanations of what they were doing and what to expect following the treatment. This was our first experience with this company and will likely hire them as our permanent monthly pest service. 5 stars to Silverback Pest. RRC
