John Stafford Construction & Pest

Don’t use John Stafford for pest control. He came out and estimated the job. He didn’t advise us in advance and got my husband to sign a contract with no details (my husband’s bad). He estimated the job to bait and make repairs to prevent future problems and asked for half the payment. He then never returned . He charged us $284 for coming out to estimate (what?). He put some bait boxes out but never came back to do the actual repair work on the house to prevent mice from coming in nor to bait the boxes again - supposedly lost the contact. So it cost us $350 to have a few bait boxes put out. Total rip off. 😑

Jon Stafford & his work team built all three sides of my back redwood fence. He did a superior job. I was really impressed. John also does my pest control. They are very thorough in their pest sprang.

This company is great. They are extremely professional. They are very safety oriented and make sure to follow all guidelines when it comes to health and safety. Shout out to Kevin. I felt very comfortable trusting in his work. Thank you Kevin.
