Not much I can add that you don't see in the other 5 star reviews regarding Ryan's professionalism, promptness, and quality of work. We'd seen a skunk or two on our outdoor cameras, but it didn't bother us....until we awoke one night to a terrible smell. They were under the house, and the smell was seeping up through any unsealed areas throughout the house (sink pipes, bathtub, etc). Truly awful. 8 days and 3 "bombings" later, we were giving up hope. Online advice such as mothballs, pine sol rags, etc had done nothing, and other local pest control companies aid they didn't do skunks (even Terminex, which advertises skunk removal). We called Ryan on a Tuesday. He arrived within an hour, set 2 traps, and caught 2 skunks that first night. He left the cameras on under the house and caught another the next night. After 2-4 more days without activity, he took them down and sealed the loose crawl space vent (didn't think that was his responsibility). 1000% recommended!

I live in a mobile home on the creek in Sonoma.....a playground for otters. They decided under my house was a nice alternative. The next thing I knew one came into my house via the floor vent under my bed! Ryan came to my rescue and has been here almost daily to seal up all the entry areas. He has set up cameras so we can see their activity and try to remove them . They are very determined to live here with me. I have never had a service person more reliable and conscientious. Ryan knows all about the animal behaviors and has been very caring in their removal almost on a daily basis. I would highly recommend Ryan for any of your trapping needs....he is the best!

Called Ryan for a skunk exclusion and he was able to arrive at my house and start setting up traps within hours. He was always keeping me updated on what was next in his plan, and was very professional throughout the process. Would recommend to anyone who is dealing with animals that need to be removed
