Beautiful showroom with easy parking. There were so many unique and quality design elements in the showroom. We wandered in after already starting a bathroom remodel with another contractor. Lacey showed us around and helped us pick out and order a unique shower tile that became the focal point of our new bathroom. She also helped us pick out complementary tiles for the rest of the shower. At one point, we ran into an issue that required a response from the tile manufacturer and Lacey resolved it quickly. She also went above and beyond to work with our tiler when we ran into an issue with the shampoo\soap box. The pictures won't do it all justice but it came together beautifully. We would definitely work with Home Improvements Group for any future work in our home.

We had The Home Improvements Group design and remodel our upstairs bathroom. Chris Dreith (previous owner) took our oddly layed out space and made it great. It is functional and accommodated the wants and needs that my wife and I had. Brandon was detail oriented in the construction of the walls, rough and finish plumbing as well as electrical. He was knowledgeable of the appropriate codes, so he passed inspections with ease and explained to us how and why certain things were requirements. Lacey Passantino worked closely with Chris and helped with colors and accesories and finishes to meet our needs. She also was very helpful in coordinating the different sub-contractors for the Corian shower, sinks, lighted mirrors and more. Lacey was the perfect fit to become the new owner when Chris retired! Lacey has gone above and beyond to rectify a warranty issue with the Corian and sought to follow up to make sure that we were taken care of! I highly recommend The Home Improvements Group! We have enjoyed our master bed/bath remodel for several years now and it is good to know that The Home Improvements Group is in good hands with Lacey maintaining a high standard of customer service and experience in making our project be great and continuing to deliver even after the project was complete! Overall, we have had an amazing experience and our project came out better than we could have even imagined.

Lacey P and crew do so much more than kitchen remodeling. I upgraded a master bath—shower and vanity sinks—in a newer home across town from the Home Improvements Group showroom. We were careful and deliberate the whole way through the process. As general contractor Lacey was a pleasure to work with—-very available and responsive as questions come up. The myriad City permitting requirements and floor plans and so on became easy because of Lacey’s familiarity with that particular process. So, to sum up, I highly recommend Home Improvements Group because it’s true: you get what you pay for.
