Chad and the team at Modern Bay Painting did an amazing job transforming our old 1970s ranch house. The house was an outdated purple color before, and they completely turned it into a modern farmhouse with a really warm cottage feel. The wood accents and staining came out beautiful, and they also applied a roof coating that gave the roof a much cleaner, updated look. The crew was professional, respectful, and kept everything clean throughout the project. Chad communicated well, paid attention to details, and really cared about the final result.
