Lizarraga Painting & Decorating did an incredible job repainting all of the eaves, wood trim, doors and concrete. Several of the things we did, like painting the concrete, was based on Alfanso's suggestion. I didn't even know you could paint concrete in this way and it turned out beautifully. I wish we had done this years ago! They also repaired the cracks in the concrete before painting and repaired some of the wood trim that needed fixing. One of our neighbors was so impressed with their work that they already hired them. The main reason we were repainting all of the wood trim was to make our house more fire resistant. They added a fire retardant additive (Flamecheck) to the paint. We live in a very high fire danger area and this product added to the paint provides an extra layer of protection. I am so impressed with the quality of their work and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Lizarraga Painting & Decorating.
