John Hasty and his crew did a superb job painting the exterior of our Victorian home (ca. 1897) for a reasonable price. John's color guidance was extremely helpful. Our building shares a property line with four different properties, which made the job logistically challenging. The building also required some remedial carpentry work, which was handled expertly by the crew. They arrived promptly, were unfailingly nice and very resourceful in solving any problems our old building presented. I recommend Patrician Finishes VERY highly.

John Hasty and his amazing crew just finished painting the exterior of my 100 year old home. It is beautiful! Their prep work was meticulous, including the repair of original windows and restoration of portions due to dry rot. My front door is original and the wood was weathered and cracked. Jose carefully sanded off the old finish, stained it, filled holes, and finished it with clear coats that brought back the original beauty of the wood. It will weather the elements well for many years to come. When I needed some touch-ups inside my home, Byron ensured that each item was finished perfectly. The crew was prompt, neat, friendly, responsive, and took great pride in their work. Excellent work and attention to detail are the hallmark of Patrician Finishes. John and his crew did a fabulous job on some much needed areas of my home. One more difficult piece was my solid wood spanish style front door that had been painted before we bought the home. There were cracks which is common, in these types of doors, due to sun, heat and dryness. With it being previously painted, John and his crew had to take it down to the wood again. The filled the cracks which took two different applications and then painted the door and it looks amazing. They never gave up till it was just what I had hoped for. With my new wood gate, I needed help with color consultation and John was excellent. We looked at my home and were able to select a perfect color in order to compliment the feel of the home. I liked working with John and he is a second generation painting contractor and knows the products and what the home needs both inside and outside.
