Lalanne's Paint Glass Radiator

Went in there for some Paint I Was looking for. The lady that was working there was Extremely Rude to My Friend that was with me. Since he was the one looking for a specific shade of Colored Paint. She Was Rude and Told Him that he Did not know what he was doing. She may have had a bad day but that is definitely not the right way to speak to your client. If a Client goes in and asks for support. WETHER They DO or Don't know what they are doing CUSTOMER SERVICE is suppose to HELP and SERVICE the Client. Not be Rude and Pretty much Blow you off because you are trying to figure things Out.

Crest customer service and Jerry and staff are top notch. They been a staple business for paint and auto industry for many years locally. They do auto glass, home and business and also do service calls with Glass Doctor and their in home techs.

Always a great experience coming to Lalanne's. One of the best run businesses in town. Pricing is very reasonable and the customer service cannot be beat. The windshield treatment to repel drizzle while driving and to maintain an overall clearer windshield is inexpensive and a very cool way to get to know this business. I have used them over the years to epoxy out pebble windshield chips (rather than worry about them becoming cracks and "running" across the whole windshield six months down the line when the weather changes). I will also be relying on them for when I change out the windows of my house. Thanks so much for excellent service!
