A&E HANDYMAN

Ernest is the handyman for the company I work for and ever since he started building and fixing our stuff it has been great work! He is really nice and very well experienced. I’ve seen a number of his jobs and he is talented any handwork you need done I would definitely recommend!!!

Edited after response from owner. Would have left 0 stars but had to put at least 1. I called Ernest out to install an evaporative cooler on an old commercial building I own. He had to run conduit and wire to power the unit. I provided all necessary parts to complete the install. Luckily I am familiar with swamp coolers and running conduit and wiring. The conduit was ran up the wall and across the roof. I provided pipe straps and roof mounting straps. He didn't use either. The pipe was just laying on the roof. The couplings use to connect the pipes were not tightened. I also provided insulated ground bushings that he didn't use to ground the pipe correctly. And the wiring was done in a very sloppy manner. Now the unit was installed, but there was a bolt missing for the motor mounting plate. And 2 or 3 screws were missing that hold the panels on the side. I'm guessing he lost those. Also, it was still not running because the motor sheave wasnt adjusted properly. I messaged him about it after I had already paid him and he never replied, even after stating he had a "6 month labor warranty". All in all, I will never use this guy again. Edit* Electrical aside. The conduit was sloppy, metal conduit should never be left laying directly on the roof. Missing hardware from brand new unit is unacceptable. Smelling like marijuana on my property during the job isnt acceptable either. All in all, his work was not acceptable.

Ernest has been a great help to our agency! He is quick, thorough and very capable. Our agency is very satisfied with his work and will continue to use his services.
