D & A painted our two-story, 7,000 square foot office property in Danville. They did such a fantastic job! I’ve been in the property management business for over 30 years and have arranged for countless painting projects of our properties during that time. This was, by far, the finest job I’ve seen. Their prep work was meticulous e.g. they spot-primed every single nail so as to prevent future rust. Daniel is on the scene every day overseeing his team. The crew was both professional and friendly. So many of our tenants have made a point of telling me what a great job Daniel and his team did. Honestly, they’re the best.

Our experience with Daniel and D&A Custom Painting was exceptional. We found out about Daniel when we watched his company paint the neighbors house. I was impressed with the time and detail used during the preparation that included caulking all gaps (amazing detail) and exterior repairs followed by priming the house, cut in, two coats of final paint sprayed and back rolled. When it was time to have our house painted we got several estimates and D&A Custom Painting was competitive. When they started painting our house his team worked steady from start to completion. Initially, I walked and inspected the job every day to discuss any discoveries with Daniel only to find he had already addressed them. In the end I felt complete confidence.
