A-1 All Painting

A-1 All Painting was great to deal with! The owner, Greg Davis, came out and did a once-around our home with us, and explained everything the paint crew would do. He answered our questions, and gave us a quote for cost of the complete job up front. Greg left us with paint samples to look over, and told us how long the job would take to complete. We had other quotes, but decided on A-1 All Painting, who gave us the better price, project execution, and time to complete the painting. Carlos, the lead painter, and four other painters on the crew arrived promptly. He and his crew were courteous and professional. They did prep work to the house, and took care to cover everything on each day, just as Greg explained they would. Our home is 3,000 + sq ft... the job was completed in two days - just as the owner, Greg, had stated... from pressure washing to clean up. We are very happy with the work, and the final look of the house.

We signed a contract with this company A 1 all painting at the total quoted price. They arrived but demanded $500 more and refused to start the job unless we agreed to pay this. SINCE WE WERE UNDER TIME CONSTRAINTS we had no choice but to pay this breech of contract by them. The contract guarantees satisfaction. But even after fleecing $500 extra from us they refused to paint inside the closets unless we empty them. We had explained before signing the contract our health problem. They had signed the contract to move all the stuff and paint the all interior. Inspection upon the completion of the job we pointed to their sloppiness. The owner promised to correct everything but sent two teenagers a boy and a girl who had no idea what they were doing. Since then we have called several times and they make appointment but then don't show up. Our last call after no show got rude and arrogant response. I will not recommend this company to anybody and advise to be very careful with this sweat talking owner whose oral or written word means nothing. Gurpal S. Khaira
