It has now been 10 years since MAK Design + Build remodeled our kitchen, so thought it would be a good time to come back and reiterate how much I appreciate the work that MAK did with our house. Ten years later, we still get compliments on our kitchen; the timeless design hasn't aged a day. The construction process was great; excellent communication throughout the process, with great attention to detail. However, it was the design team, led by Anthony, that I still appreciate the most. I'm reminded of the thoughtfulness of their design every time I unload the dishwasher, which I can do while standing in one place: almost everything can be put away within reach of the dishwasher. Two years after our kitchen remodel, we hired them again to redo our master bathroom and had the same positive experience. Cannot recommend their team enough.

MAK rebuilt an ADU kitchen for us. Their design team, led by Madelyn, was thoughtful and transparent, resulting in a beautiful and functional kitchen area. David, the project manager, was regularly on-site and a pleasure to work with, answering questions and addressing issues right away. The MAK team was incredibly easy to work with and responsive. All the subcontractors were professional and did quality work. MAK took care of everything from beginning to end with daily progress reports. Highly recommend!

Living without a kitchen and bathroom for 3 months could have been a nightmare but the folks at MAK made it surprisingly pleasant. They set up a mini-sink and hot plate on the back porch and it worked great. From initial design to demo, plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, counters, appliances, and painting, all the work was top-notch. Carlos, Robert and all the staff were extremely courteous and a pleasure to have around the house. The subcontractors were highly professional. I liked the weekly meetings we had to update progress and scope out what was planned next. All-in-all, this company is committed to quality work and customer satisfaction.
