Summary: We will have an ongoing relationship with Rolando and his team. We needed an immediate interior paining and I was getting number of quote estimate visits. Rolando was my last estimate and I was immediate impressed by his upfront and clear communication. (No hard selling.) The quote came thru within our budget. Within 24 hrs, his team started the job and then finished on time. His team is very knowledge on other stuff. We discovered additional issues and they were able to helped us (dishwasher leak, electrical, caulking)

Rodrigo and his crew gave me the best price for doing interior and exterior, they power washed, prepped everything perfectly, primed everything, even already painted surfaces, and applied the paint so perfectly with no mess. I could not ask for anything better! I will be using him to paint my rental house next year and for any other painting projects.
