Don't let these reviews fool you!!!I initially hired this company for lawn maintenance and was hopeful based on google reviews. I missed the negative reviews on Yelp that confirm the quality of service I received. Unfortunately, communication and quality of service became a problem. After informing the owner that I was undergoing cancer treatment and would need reliable service, I found myself repeatedly having to initiate contact. I've asked for sprinkler adjustments so I wouldn't be fined by the City of Visalia and he never addressed it. After reseeding my lawn he said he would come every week after that to do other services since he couldn't mow the lawn but he did not follow through. At the time of this review, I have not heard from Q (the owner) or have had service for three weeks. My lawn has been left unmaintained even after I gave him a second chance when he burned the edges of my lawn with weed killer. Upon hiring him I explained how much hard work I put into my lawns before starting chemo and needed someone dependable to maintain it and communicate with me. My hard work has gone down the drain and now I am inconvenienced to find another lawn maintenance company when I should be focusing on my health. Communication and reliability did not meet my expectations for a supposed "professional" lawn maintenance company. I do not recommend this company.

Q and his crew did an excellent job, they are clean, organized and on top of everything, step by step though out the process. Not only do they install everything lawn related, they also do weekly maintenance. What more do you need. Would highly recommend Thank you again Q

Before hiring them i requested 3 other quotes 2 no showed and 1 was late and didnt get back to me with a quote for 4 days. QR lawn services not only showed up on time for a quote they went over everything and quoted me before leaving. They worked with my schedule, showed up and did what we talked about. Professional and friendly service. The jungle in my backyard is gone.
