True Greenscapes, Inc.

This company did the landscaping and irrigation for the house I bought last year. Sadly, it was a DR Horton home. I've come to realize that any company working with this builder operates on a strict “bare minimum” policy. Last year, I had a water leak on a PVC irrigation pipe that magically disassembled itself at an elbow connection. Maybe there was no glue or primer, or maybe it was held together by sheer willpower. Since I dug up the surrounding landscape to find the problem, the builder denied my claim to fix it. Apparently, my detective work was too much for them to handle. More recently, I discovered a leak at my irrigation sprinkler valve, upstream of the valve but downstream of the gate valve/shut-off. As I was investigating, I removed the tape covering the Ethernet wire/sprinkler wire and found the ends of the wire twisted together like a middle school science project. Honestly, my 12-year-old nephew could have done a better job, and his primary skill is playing video games. I called True Greenscapes to get a quote for the repair. On the fourth call (yes, fourth), I explained to the friendly phone operator that this was my fourth attempt and still no callback. Finally, after the fourth call, I received a quote: $55 per hour, for two employees, with a two-hour minimum. Seems like a scam, right? Build these systems poorly and then rake in the dough when customers inevitably call for repairs. Genius, if you're into that sort of thing

Do not use this company. They installed a rain water drain system and was not installed correctly. No workmanship. Use a different company. They connected two different size pvc pipes without transition and just shoved it in there, left a hole and dirt clogged it so I had to redig it out and fix it myself.

They apparently like to make appointments they have no intention on showing up for. Also don't trust their irrigation work, they tend to come apart, leak or overspray significantly.
