Karin Kaufman Landscape Architect

We are delight to have completed several projects with Karin Kaufman as our landscape architect. She is knowledgable, dependable, and fun to work with. Our first project was the biggest, as we had a large lot. Karin helped position our planned home to take advantage of the spectacular views, but also protect the main ourdoor living space from the prevailing westerly winds, in addition to designing the landscape. After many happy years, we downsized to an existing smaller home and lot, which had dismal landscaping. Karin has redesigned two areas that look much improved, and will be working on more. She uses mostly drought resistant, native plants, which work well in our central California area. She not only does the plannning, but helps with the installation by placing each individual plant, and is able to communicate well with the workers, as she is fluent in Spanish. We recommend Karin highly.
