Steve and Awaken Landscapes did an awesome job transforming our very labor-intensive front yard into a beautiful xeriscape oasis. We had few ideas on what we wanted, but several ideas about what we did not want. Raquel (Solea Landscapes) listened carefully and designed a beautiful yard, complete with 3D renderings so we could really envision her ideas in our space. They worked with us, even inviting us to shop with them for pots and plants. Steve and Awaken Landscapes did an amazing job in executing her design. Jose and his crew were quick, efficient, and cheerful. They responded positively to our every request, and they kept the job site clean and neat, even with all the mud from February's downpours. Our new front yard is everything I hoped for: beautiful, unique, low on water usage, and easy to maintain. The end result is the talk of the neighborhood. The first night that the accent lights lit up our new yard brought tears to my eyes. Thank you, Steve, Raquel, and all the great folks at Awaken Landscapes.

Awaken did an excellent job helping us completely transform our back yard. The design help from Raquel (Solea Landscapes) and Steve was a major factor in us choosing to work with them – and it was the right choice! From design to plant selection to the excellent work from Jose & team, we are very happy with the results. The project moved along swiftly and came in on-budget. Communication could be a bit smoother between client / management / work team but nothing egregious. They do a great job of tracking receipts and expenses, makes the whole process very transparent. We definitely recommend working with Awaken. For reference, our project was 2000-2500 sq ft, included clearing the yard to a blank slate, drainage work, drip irrigation, low voltage lighting, 150+ plantings, decomposed granite pathway, team-built garden boxes.
