The entire process from selecting the materials from their showroom, ordering & having them delivered was seamless (and very quick). Everybody that I worked with was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & provided feedback for my DIY project. I can’t say enough good things. Our delivery driver was professional & personable- and he was so efficient with delivery of materials! Cannot recommend them enough!

I’ve shopped at Soil Farm a couple times before and have had positive experiences, especially with their stone selection. One of the front desk team members has been particularly helpful as well as the guy who delivered in the past, and as a local customer, I genuinely like supporting local businesses. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I came in knowing most of what I needed but was looking for some guidance from the front desk, assuming a level of expertise. Instead, I was met with a very rude, short, and condescending attitude. The interaction felt unnecessarily dismissive and left me feeling pretty uncomfortable. Because of that experience, I’ll likely be taking my landscaping business elsewhere going forward, which is unfortunate given how positive my previous visits had been.

So far, I've ordered several long flat bed trucks (maximum capacity is 8 pallets) full of material including Veggie soil, drain rock, blue fine, Sono tubes, and retaining wall blocks. All good quality at good prices. John and Bob run the show and have been super helpful and patient with this newbie landscaper. Bob has provided invaluable advice from his decades of experience. The other day we ran out of retaining blocks after taking their remaining 6 pallets they had in stock. Due to the holiday weekend, their supplier said it might not get refilled until the week after. However, somehow they managed to get a hold of the 7 more pallets needed to complete my project within days. With our worker's schedule, this worked out perfectly. Their staff from Cathy (behind the counter) to their delivery driver Francisco are most helpful and a delight to work with. Their delivery charge for our area max out at about $150, but it's well worth the convenience. I highly recommend going to check out their yard in person. They have set up an area across from the office with samples of hardscaping ideas to get your imagination started. There's a very wide selection of stones, pavers, concrete blocks, different types of soil/mulch for your plants/gardening, and additional supplies needed to put together your dream projects. Have fun creating and designing your landscaping with this great local company!
