I looked into many different companies before choosing Koch for our backyard project, and we are really happy with the final product. Garrett was patient with the changes we made to the design and offered helpful feedback to make sure everything was done right. Communication was great throughout the entire process. The finished work looks really elevated, and it never felt like any corners were cut along the way. Garrett really makes the whole process easy for homeowners and I definitely would recommend this company to others.

We couldn't be happier with the work that Koch & Associates did for us in our front yard. We've lived in our house for 5 years now and the front yard needed help. It was full of boxwoods that were not doing well. I googled several different landscape/design companies in the area and Koch & Associates were the first one's to respond to my request. I could tell from their website that they really knew what they were doing. I felt like they could deliver the specific look for the front yard that my wife was looking for (country garden). I had two initial phone consultations with Paul, who walked me through their process and asked questions. He gave some valuable suggestions about our project. We met Paul in person a few weeks later and we were able to walk him through what we were looking. He took measurements of our entire front and delivered a completed plan a few weeks later. We made a few small tweaks to the plan, but we loved it right away and were really excited. Work started the last week of June and took about two weeks. We were thoroughly impressed with the crew of gentlemen they sent out to complete the work. They were all friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. Most of all, they were very respectful of our property. Every day they took their time cleaning everything up before they left. We really appreciated that. I also have to mention that Garrett and Rosa were key in keeping everything moving along smoothly. Rosa kept us updated on upcoming deadlines and schedules and Garret kept the crew running smoothly. They both always had answers whenever I had questions. I would have to say that this is the first time that work has been done at our house and there were no surprises, issues or headaches to deal with. Everything ran very smoothly. We are incredibly happy with the outcome and would highly recommend working with Koch & Associates on your job.

We recently hired Koch & Associates Landscaping to completely re-do our front and back yard, and we could not be happier with the experience. Doug was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and diligent in helping us design a space that fits our family’s needs perfectly. When we unexpectedly had to change plans due to emergency tree removal, he rolled with it without hesitation and came up with a fantastic alternative design that we ended up loving even more. The construction process was exceptionally smooth and efficient. Garrett, our construction manager, was outstanding — friendly, communicative, and on top of every detail. He kept us informed every step of the way, coordinated seamlessly with our neighbors on fence work, and worked closely with our concrete contractor to ensure everything tied together beautifully. Rosa in the office was also wonderful to work with. She handled billing promptly and professionally, and even went above and beyond to assist our neighbor with a few unique requests. Koch & Associates is truly a gem. Their team is talented, hardworking, and a joy to partner with. We absolutely love our new yard and are so grateful to have chosen them for this project.
