Ryan and his team are a true pleasure to work with. They are friendly, prompt, and professional. The crew worked hard on our project and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. We were very impressed! Our new outdoor kitchen, patio cover, and fireplace look great, and we are very happy with the final design. What set them apart is their emphasis on client collaboration, starting from the planning phase. The owner, Ryan, was forthright and fair with pricing, and willing to work with us to meet our budget. In fact, our project ultimately came in under the original estimate. The construction phase similarly exceeded our expectations. There were no major unexpected expenses or "surprises," which we credit not only to the meticulous planning phase but also to Ivan, the project manager. Ivan was professional and responsive to us whenever we had questions or ideas to discuss. He was on site nearly daily, and did a fantastic job managing even the smallest details. The crew was also great. In addition to being talented craftsmen, they were respectful, cleaned the site daily, and we never felt that they were rushing to get the job done.
