Peter really knows his stuff. He laid a large paver patio and two sets of stairs; one completely out of flagstone and the other using pavers. In the process of building the patio with stairs, he made creative suggestions for plants, garden design, and lighting. He connected us to an outstanding iron guy that sandblasted and powder coated all our railing. Peter doesn’t just do a job, he creates a space for you. He is truly gifted.

Peter did a fantastic job for our Arnold cabin. He installed six mature Green Giant trees to provide some additional privacy with our neighbors below our property. In the front yard he replaced a tired looking lawn area with cobblestone, large rocks and natural gravel. He is very knowledgeable and found several native oaks and cedars that were very small but if given some attention would thrive. He also informed me the "Mountain Misery" ground cover should be removed because they were a fire hazard. I highly recommend Peter and Livanos Landscaping.

Peter did an excellent job putting in a retaining wall and drain on our property in Murphys. He was incredibly professional, communicated well throughout the project, and the final results were top notch. He came in slightly under budget and ahead of schedule - even with some bad weather. I’m already planning my next project with him!
