Polite, efficient, and an amazing value. Capital City Junk Removal & Demolition and its owner, Garrett, were absolutely wonderful to work with! We had a large chicken coop structure in our backyard from the previous owners that we were struggling to take down with the tools we had. Garrett was able to get everything down in a day and haul the debris the next morning. Another contractor quoted us close to $3,000 dollars to do the same job that Capital City was able to do for less than half. I'm super impressed and we will definitely call them first for any future demo or junk removal needs.

I posted (social media) requesting a referral for dirt removal at our investment property. Garret responded with a message. When I called the number he answered. He gave me a price over the phone. I can tell from business experience.It was too low a bid. I countered and offered him more to make sure it was a fair deal. He accepted my verbal offer. He was able to come out the very next day, which I really appreciated. Communication was excellent the entire time, super responsive and easy to coordinate with.
