Just learned if your trash can lid is not fully closed due to your trash level exceeding the height of your lid, you get charged an extra $7.87 on your bill as an extra bag charge. Contacted customer service and woman was very rude. I was told they could remove the charge but from now on driver would not pick up my trash if the lid wasn't fully closed or pay the charge. If I pay the charge, the same charge would apply in the future anytime my lid wasn't closed. No wonder people are throwing their trash in fields and along empty streets. Sad state of affairs and wish there were options for other trash service companies.

These folks are awesome picking up our many HOA cans each week! The cans are not spaced very well so I’m sure it’s not an easy job.
