Kelly Kooling installed our “new” system 11 years ago. It has not had any major issues since it was new. Had an appointment for our Spring checkup, as the first hot spell approached. Our appointment fell on the first 90 degree day. When we turned on the AC it started and in just a few minutes it stopped. Called Kelly Kooling to upgrade our appointment to a repair! Our tech’s first test showed a grounding issue with a switch, and another fried part (all spelled out on the diagnostic report, but I don’t have it in front of me). He had the parts on his truck and we were soon cooling down the house. After fixing the AC issues, he did the full system checkup and a capacitor tested barely within acceptable range. Glad we caught that before winter arrived. I highly recommend Kelly Kooling. Reliable, reasonable, and a real hometown business.
