Communication throughout the entire process was clear and professional—they took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. In addition to repairing the leak, they installed a Moen Flo system and an earthquake shut-off valve with great attention to detail. Everything was done carefully and thoroughly, which gave us real peace of mind. And James took the time to walk us through using the system after installation. Most importantly, both James and Tony were friendly, easy to work with, and priced the job very fairly. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines quality work, strong communication, and great service—but they absolutely delivered. We’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

My client chose to move forward with a new furnace, and James had it installed right away so we could stay on track to close. Communication was excellent throughout. James was always available for questions, quick to respond, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He even went out the very next day to relight a pilot light on different appliances for a client and went above and beyond to help. Honest, reliable, and incredibly responsive!
