Service Champions

Quick service appointment! Only a few days compared to weeks at other places. Service tech Christian was knowledgeable, courteous and quickly serviced our unit. He found two items which needed attention and could have failed at any time. He didn't push the repair only brought it to our attention. He was very thorough in his inspection. Excellent service overall.

My ducted mini-split system was way overdue for a tune up and every other contractor I called told me they couldn’t or wouldn’t service it. Service Champions has NO issues with it and at $48, it was a huge value! The biggest and best part of the experience though was with our technician, Steve Mohammed. Steve was knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to be around. You got yourself a repeat customer now, Service Champions 🎉

Not happy with the service that is provided or should I say that is not provided. We have been with Service Champions for like 20 years. We bought our first and second AC units from them. We also signed up for the maintenance service plan to keep our unit in good working shape. This last service the tech showed us photos that our unit on our roof outside had some dirt and some what looked like mold on it probably from condensation on the inside under the pannel. Rater than wiping/cleaning/washing it off... he gives us an estimate of $200 to have it cleaned. Mind you we pay for a maintenance program (?$120) a year and they can't clean off area while up there checking out ??? What is the maintenance service for to advise us of how much more $$$ we have to spend with you ? What happened to providing customer service for customers spending $$$ on units with your company, when there are so many choices? Disappointed 😞
