Thank you Shaw's for your quality products. Paid a pretty penny got a brand new AC and Heater and in less than 2 years the system goes dead. Not only that but the loaner unit they gave is in really bad shape. The vents are missing, it leaks, there is tape all over the exhaust port and when I turned the unit on a cloud of dust came out and air smells like oil. Got notice that they ordered the new part and it would take 2-3 weeks to get here. I know that is not their fault but still, when it's 100+ feels like there is no sense of urgency. Credit where credit is due and customer service is great and responsive. Only issue is the salesman. Once you sign the paperwork and they get their money the salesman just ghosts you. Says they will be there with you but no follow up calls about the unit, install, anything.

Technician left without securing power box on unit. Advised me my fan motor needed to be replaced. His quote was very high..so I decided to get another quote. I checked the fan motor myself and repaired the motor with some wd40 and replaced the capacitor. All working just fine now. Sorry to say technician not very experienced.

I've always had great techs come out from Shaw's. They are always friendly, respectful, and competent with their work. Everything seems expensive to me, so I don't know how their prices compare to other places, but sometimes it's worth it to make sure the job is being done correctly.
