From calling to inquire about services, to the promptness of getting my call returned and establishing a service, to the actual service itself from Mid Valley Air and Tony. We are thoroughly pleased with the service we received. Tony was on time, quick to inspect/clean the unit, and transparent when explaining the issue and how to resolve. Fixed the problem promptly and gave some recommendations on how better use the system to achieve the best results. Pricing was well within reason with no upsell for items I didn't need.
