Extremely happy with the deck Madrone did for us. He is a perfectionist and does excellent work. Was always here at the crack of dawn and was a worked hard all day. Was great at communicating if he had any questions or came across any problems he would call me immediately. He had to take the time to replace a portion of the foundation support beam which took a little extra time but he did an excellent job and worked with me on price on the extra damages he found. In the coming months I will have him replace the sun sails I’ve added with a huge pergola it finish my dream deck…

Madrone Maltas and Tucker Morninglight exceeded our expectations on rebuilding our 2nd story deck with an added outside staircase. They also removed two windows and replaced the exterior siding and sheet rocked the interior wall. Replaced a slider door with french doors. Always showed up first thing in the morning and worked hard all day, cleaning up before leaving. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They were very nice and easy to work with.

Maltas Construction built my new house from the ground up after the fires. They were very concerned about time management and completing on time. Always asked for my input decisions on design questions and or ideas. Very attentive and detail oriented. Will hire Madrone and Maltas Construction for any of my future projects.
