He found multiple issues with the system, explained what was wrong, and clearly walked me through the repairs that were needed. Hormoz was able to fix the issues and even followed up after the repair to check that the system was still working properly. I really appreciated his professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Excellent service, and I would definitely recommend him.
