Updated: I hired Sergio's company to take a look at my AC / Furnace blower fan and repair it. I also asked another well rated company in Tulare County to come out and take a look. Sergio genuinely cared about my AC / HVAC situation as if it was his own home, he didn't lead me down options that just simply said "replace the whole thing" he tried to present me with various options so that I can make the best informed choice with all options, not just 1 or 2 options. He is sincere, truly cares about people, cares about doing a quality job, and for my unique situation / repair he backed up the parts and labor with a 2 year warranty, which again in my eyes is a testament to his confidence in his work. I will be back in touch with him to explore mini-split installs in the future as I look to possibly install more energy efficient AC and heating options. INITIAL IMPRESSION: Called 11 AC companies this morning and Sergio was one of the first ones to connect back with me. Extremely GRACIOUS with his time on the phone, asking questions, listening, even generously sharing general advice on the phone based on what I shared with him. Grateful for this first interaction. If first impressions are everything, he made a fantastic first impression, genuine and sincere!

First and foremost I would highly recommend Polar Bear’s Arctic . Sergio it’s such a people person he explains everything he’s doing and what he thinks it’s going wrong with the unit. It was our first time using his services but the minute I called he answered his phone even though he was working on another service call and I thanked him for making time to come and look why our unit that was not working and with the triple digit weather I was dreading it. Fortunately Sergio was able to fix the problem even though it’s an old unit. Very professional service and we’re so thankful that there’s still GREAT people/customer service .
