Air Techs

Tim is great, my system is old and really hard to get parts for. He went above and beyond to track down the correct equipment and installed it faster than the quoted time. I feel that they gave me the most value for the task at hand. I also feel like they will address any issues moving forward with value in-mind.

Cannot thank Air Techs enough! I have several rentals and have used them exclusively both for my personal home and the rentals for a few years. When I needed one of the units evaluated they were professional and explained the why in great detail. I had a 12 hour window for replacement due to the next guest arriving and they rearranged their schedule to make it happen for us! Thank you everyone at AirTechs!

10/10, do recommend. Every other HVAC company would send someone out who would just get on the roof, then go “it’s running, all good. Bye” and that was it. Junior from air techs took the time to actually listen to what the (years long now) issues were, really opened up the unit and immediately found a problem. But he went above and beyond and got into the attic and found more problems. Took pics of everything he found, was able to do a temp fix and immediately put in a replacement order to fix the problems permanently. ON TOP OF THAT he gave me a call shortly after leaving because he reviewed my service call/complaint again and just wanted to make sure he got everything and nothing had been missed or misunderstood. Absolutely throw these guys your business. I’ve never had an experience with any other company that came as close to as good as with these guys.
