Jim at Ampereca is fantastic! We've used him twice to come out and fix our subzero refrigerator. He's very knowledgeable, explains everything, does a thorough job, and charges a reasonable price. I've cycled through various other "five star" technicians in the past and they always end up disappointing. I know I can always trust Jim though and don't have to worry about finding a new person every time anymore.
Jim is an awesome engineer and technician who knows how to analyze what's wrong and figure out the correct fix. He fixed my KitchenAid freezer door which was not properly sealed after another repairman attempted but failed to fix it. He also repaired my furnace successfully. I highly recommend him.
Vadim from Ampereca Appliance Repair helped us with a couple of jobs, including a washing-machine fix and a stove repair. He quickly diagnosed the issues and was knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough in the entire process. The quality of his work was excellent.
