We had a great experience with Hopper heating and air. Our A/C went out over the weekend. We were very stressed, but Ivan come out the very next day. He found the motor we needed and replaced it quickly. He was super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work. We highly recommend him.

I called Hooper Heating and Air because of strange issue with one vent randomly not blowing air sometimes. After a couple of texts back and forth to try and diagnose the problem, I just decided to have him come out. He was very communicative with his arrival status. I showed him upstairs and he immediately went to work looking for possible causes for my phantom issues. In the end, we really couldn't figure out what was happening but he did give me some things to look out for. Since he was here, he rinsed out my coils and did a good look over everything else. He didn't mind me following him around asking questions, he was patient and took the time to show and explain everything. He was great, I finally found an honest, down-to-earth AC guy.
