The technician, Nolan Taylor, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He excecuted his detective skills to ascertain the cause of the problem with the cooling system. Fixed the issue with a replacement part for a reasonable cost and clearly explained what caused the system to shutdown. Additionally, when I contacted the office, the agent scheduled a technician immediately and Nolan arrived within an hour. I have always had great service with Big Mountain.
