Bryan did an incredible job! He thoroughly checked our HVAC system after the outside fan stopped working the day before. He then described the root cause in detail and ensured I understood the options and cost to repair. I never felt pressured to either go with a low cost option to “fix it now” or a more long term preventative option. I chose the latter. Bryan then took his time to ensure I understood the work details, quality control, and agreement. He also explained Beutler’s process for financial options very well. He immediately when to work in the hot afternoon both outdoors and in the attic, taking his time to do the job right and double check our air conditioning efficiency throughout the house before calling it done. This company charges a $140 diagnostic fee, which is significantly higher than their competitors, and the service was incredibly disappointing. The technician was unprofessional, did not thoroughly test the system, and quickly claimed it would cost $12,000 to fix. They then tried to push a new AC installation for a staggering $32,000. I got a second opinion from another company who quoted me around $10,000 for the exact same system. This company is looking to wildly overcharge unsuspecting customers. Stay far away.

Throughly enjoyed my experience. The service representative allowed me to tag along as he reviewed the non-operating system. We started with the thermostat and ended with hvac unit. He pointed out the damaged components and explained the reasons that I might consider a system upgrade.
