On a Friday at 4:00 PM, our HVAC system went down, and after calling several companies, I was feeling defeated because no one could come out the same day. Then I called Service Champions, and they were able to provide a same-day service window between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM. I was even more impressed when I received a text at 5:46 PM letting me know that Ben Rivas was on his way. To make the experience even better, Ben called when he arrived rather than knocking on the door and setting off our dogs—a thoughtful gesture that was greatly appreciated. Ben was professional, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to walk my husband and me through every step of the process, making sure we understood what was going on and genuinely felt heard. He carefully explained our options and provided recommendations without any pressure or sales tactics. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, and Ben truly exceeded our expectations. If you need HVAC service, I highly recommend Service Champions. Our HVAC needed replacement and Service Champions was able to come out and install a new unit the next day. Team was courteous and professional. Appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness of everything once they were complete. A day later I heard a noise in the fan and they came out and fixed it as well (just a zip tie that needed trimmed). Highly recommend.

Going to be honest, I tried to call Halls Plumbing. I thought this place was a call center setting up appts for companies. Talked to an ai rep, actually not too bad for an ai. It copied back what I said fluently in its own voice. Needed a leaky water softener removed, hasn't worked since I moved in. My work is unpredictable so had to shoot for Saturday. First Saturday got cancelled. Pat Heath came out today early from a cancellation, super nice guy, gave me a lot of info about other filtration systems and removed the softener. Bill was around 180, pretty reasonable for labor/removal. He gave me the rundown on the Service Champions mvp+ plan, 20$/month includes discounts and a couple free inspection/assessments. Went ahead and did it, just paid the membership 20 and called the bill good so not bad. Will see how the other trades are
