Can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company and with our technician Geno. Our thermostat went out on an extremely hot day and Geno came out promptly and went over our whole system and meticulously detailed via photos and video the current status of our system. There definitely was no sales pressure and safety was prioritized. I was so impressed I signed up for their maintenance contract and feel better by doing so! Thank you Geno!

We had service today with Brandon from Ray O Cook. What a great experience! Scheduling was easy when my wife called in and they got Brandon routed to us in a couple of days. He called with an ETA and was right on time! He was courteous right from the moment he called and the whole time he was here! He was thorough in reviewing our system- taking pictures along the way to show us at the end- and had us running perfectly by the end. As an added value- he was so considerate about his work and housekeeping that you’d never know he was here! No fingerprints or debris! He lived up to the old field service adage- leave the place nicer than you found it. We wouldn’t hesitate to have them come out again and will recommend to friends and family. Daniel was the tech who came over and helped me out with my old system. He was great. Already knowing I was going to need a new system, I worked with Paul, who explained everything with easy to understand terminology. He discovered that my current system was oversized and was able to get me into a smaller and more efficient system. Very very happy! Jose and his team were stalled my new system. They were an outstanding team and made sure the floors remained clean during the installation. They did a great job and my system is awesome. Highly recommend Ray O’Cook Heating and Air
