Tanner installed Air conditioner and new furnace for me. Very fair prices and great customer service. He explained every procedure to me and found a water leak behind my furnace I was not even aware of. This week 4/15 my AC was running but not cooling. Called him this morning and he came right up and immediately found the problem and got it cooling again. He is the most honest caring man you could ever hope to deal with.
They promptly returned my call and set me up with an appointment for my Furnace and AC repair. From the moment Nick showed up he was very professional and thorough. He explained in detail what needed to be done and offered several solutions. He was very pleasant and I will be calling them again in the future.
I called them to fix our furnace, and the person on the phone asked for the information they needed to come and check it out. I told them I’d be available at 2 PM, and they showed up right on time. They were really respectful of my pets and even played with them after finishing the job. They’re super nice and do great work!
