Sal was amazing. He responded to my inquiry quickly and scheduled a service call right away. He was able to assess and repair my AC unit in an hour. Also, Sal is a super nice guy. Thank you Sal!

We had a short the electrical components in a very old furnace during a power surge. Sal not only replaced the furnace and thermostate, he also spent a long time going over our heating and cooling needs more generally. He gave us the information we needed to make the most economical choices and was consistently kind and thoughtful. He even pointed out other problems he noted around the house that would benefit from some attention! We are considering more work in the future, and will definitely use Sal and RC Mechanical again.

When my furnace broke and Sal was amazing, he got back to me right away, he fixed the problem and explained what happened in a way I could understand it. Wish I could give him six stars!!!
