My heating unit stopped working. Ben came out quickly and spent a lot of time being thorough checking out my whole system. Luckily it was just a small part that needed replaced. He explained everything that he was doing, patiently explaining what I needed him too. I am fortunate to have an HVAC professional that is trustworthy, knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely call him again the next time I have HVAC issues.

Unbelievable! I spoke with a client of mine who informed me she had been without heat for over a week in mid December. I called Ben between 4-5pm to see if he could set an appointment to go look at her HVAC and not only did he call right away, but he stopped what he was doing and went over to her house within the hour to help.
