Timberline Heating & Air-Conditioning

We're retired on a fixed income. Had Timberline install quality Carrier brand HVAC Heat Pump with a 3 Zone High wall Mini-Split system, for the house. Super Quiet system, Super efficient- operates in 1% increments between 20% to 100% capacity! My experience with Timberline Heating and Air was excellent. My heating unit would not ignite but they worked tirelessly to troubleshoot the issue and get it working again. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new installation or service to an existing unit.

I just had a full hvac replacement after buying a house with a 25 year old unit. From the start, Timberline offered excellent customer service, provided a quote for multiple options, covered all required permitting, and used top of the line equipment that made financing very easy. While I waited for my install date, they provided a loaner portable unit, just in time to get me through a heat wave. Their field team & administrative staff are very responsive & professional, they even sent someone to my house on a Sunday to check up on a concern I had. They were readily available to answer all my questions & made sure the process went smooth. I can't say enough good things about this company & their care of customers!!
