We have purchased a mini split and new HVAC system in the past few years. We also have had them do service and repair work for us. They are very responsive and trustworthy. All points of contact have been excellent; sales, installers, service technicians. Highly recommend.
We had Phil install a Mitsubishi mini split system with 4 heads in our home 8 months ago. While it was not cheap it is a excellent value. The work was first rate, clean and on time. This system lets us heat or cool just the rooms we are using. It is quiet and cheap to operate. We had one little problem a few days after installation when a frog got into the outside unit. His serviceman was here the same day and had it going in no time. Very happy with the install.
Phil’s company is great. They work with your schedule. Always call before showing up. All of the employees I have interacted with have been knowledgeable and friendly. You can’t ask a stupid question. I highly recommend used Phil Carpenter for your HVAC needs. .
