Fox Family Heating & Air Conditioning has been our trusted HVAC provider for the past couple of years at our Shingle Springs home. When my mom moved to El Dorado Hills a few months ago, I contacted them to inspect her new system and set it up for regular bi-annual maintenance. Matthew was the technician who came out, and he delivered the same thorough, professional service we've come to expect. He identified several items that needed attention, took clear photos, and provided detailed notes explaining his findings. It's reassuring to know we can depend on Fox Family to keep our conditioned spaces comfortable and consistent across both homes. Highly recommend!

I only needed a routine maintenance check on my 5-year-old HVAC system, and Fox Family delivered exactly what I was looking for. Zach was professional, courteous, and performed a very thorough inspection for $75. He checked the air filter, thermostat operation, electrical components, capacitor, contactor, blower, refrigerant levels, temperature split, condensate drain, outdoor condenser, and overall system performance, along with many other items as part of a comprehensive inspection. The best part was that no repairs were needed, and Zack gave me an honest assessment without trying to sell me something I didn't need. He did mention Fox Family's maintenance membership, which I completely understand, but there was absolutely no pressure to sign up. I really appreciated the straightforward and honest approach. Based on this experience, I plan to use Fox Family again for future maintenance and will likely contact them when I'm ready to install a new thermostat. Thanks, Zach, for the excellent service!

Matthew was very knowledgeable and courteous. He took great care doing a thorough inspection/maintenance of our entire HVAC system and ductwork!
