I saw their ad on Facebook and was easily able to schedule a diagnostic service for my AC that wasn’t working. I got a confirmation text of my appointment quickly. I really appreciate that they offer Saturday appointments, as during the week is difficult for me to schedule. Michael the owner showed up right on time within the 2 hour window. He was quick to diagnose the issue with my unit and gave me a quote. I accepted that quote and he grabbed the part and got my AC back up and running. Mike is the best and comes highly recommended! He came over and did a very thorough assessment of my hvac system and offered a couple of options. He explained each option very thorough and answered all of my questions. My house has an older system but Mike realized it wasn’t so much the system but the other components related to the system that would solve most of the problem. Mike provided me with a solution that will keep my system chugging along and keep my house cold during the Sac summer. I even double checked his scope and it checked out- replacing the system wouldn’t solve the problem. He was professional, responsive, and offered very fair and reasonable pricing. Very happy with the work he did and his solution solved a long term problem. Can’t recommend him enough!

The whole process was smoth. Matt explained the process, gave us different options and quotes for all options and explained payment options. We ultimatley opted to replace our whole unit that was about 30 years old with the heat pump and fixed the duct work that was restricting air flow to some of the bedrooms. The team did an awesome job with the installation. They kept us updated and it was a fast process. Now we have a more efficient unit and all the rooms are cool. Plus our dogs loved everyone! 10/10.
