Their staff was amazing from the front desk to their guys on the job . Very respectful, attentive, clean and professional. They answered all my questions, very detailed as well. If a part is needed, then you’re looking at another wait—often 2–4 weeks, depending on shipping, part availability, and time of year. During the summer, when HVAC calls are at their peak, delays are inevitable. Contractors like Sam aren’t the ones causing the wait—they’re the ones trying to push things forward for you. Despite all this, Sam and his team go above and beyond. He often works 7 days a week, 10–12 hour days, and he actively advocates for his clients with warranty companies and manufacturers. His techs take late-night calls, climb into 105+ degree attics, and hustle to get parts and approvals as fast as the system allows. Sam is also incredibly humble and compassionate—he’s been known to offer discounts to clients struggling financially and always tries to find a solution that helps. Before blaming the contractor, I encourage people to take a step back and understand the bigger picture. If you want someone reliable, honest, and genuinely dedicated to helping his clients, Sam is that guy. The problem isn’t the contractor—it’s often the system, and how people choose to treat those working within it.
