I called on a Saturday and they had a technician out Monday morning. The technician was very professional. Completed the repair work in about an hour. Service charge was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Alfa Heating and Cooling.
I wish I could give them a higher rating. My brand new air conditioning unit broke down in the middle of a heat wave, poor air quality from fires, and a global pandemic. My own warranty company couldn't come out for a week, which was consistent timing with all the other companies I tried to get out immediately to fix the issue. I called the owner of Alfa and within 24 hours, he was able to get a tech out to me, and he was so understanding and kind. The tech was on time, super nice, professional, clean, and fast. The entire appointment took 15 minutes. Love this company!
