Straight Line Heating & Cooling did an amazing job for us! Sydney and his son Justin provided excellent service from start to finish. They paid close attention to every detail, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and took the time to explain everything so we felt informed and confident. Our system just passed the duct test with flying colors, and it’s obvious they truly care about doing quality work the right way. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. We recently had Straight Line Heating and Cooling replace our 22-year-old HVAC system at our home, which is the second project we've used them for. Previously, they installed a new split heat pump system in our Casita. On both occasions, we had a terrific experience with Sydney, Josh and their crew. The sizing and estimation work was thorough and accurate. The crews did a great job of keeping everything clean, even though we replaced all of the ducting on the system replacement that had to be brought through the house. I was expecting a bit of a mess but they kept everything surprisingly clean. The new system works great and achieved a very low pressure loss as measured by the independent tester. One thing that really struck me was that both the independent tester and the city inspector commented without prompting that the work they have seen from Straight Line has always been top notch. They are also very responsive when needed for service calls. I would whole-heartedly recommend them for any installation or service work.

My AC Unit died & I did not know who to call. My friend (Nate W.) recommended Sydney at "Straight Line". Nate is a great plumber/welder & electrician & had worked with Sydney on some big projects. Sydney & his son Justin were very thorough, organized & professional. They measured the interior volume of my home so they could accurately determine the size of the unit that I needed. They installed a new AC Unit and an Attic Fan and now I have ice cold air flowing thru my home ! I would highly recommend "STRAIGHT LINE" for any type of HVAC work.
