Palo Alto Plumbing Heating & Air

We requested a service from Palo Alto Plumbing and Heating to find a leak from the meter noted by the City. The plumber came for less then 30 minutes indicated that he can't find the leak. He left us an invoice of $202 ($195 for one hour or less plus $7 for gas). Since he could not find the leak, we hired another plumber from another company to find the leak indicated by the city. He found the leak in less then 15 minutes. I Talked to Charlotte from Palo Alto Plumbing to explain the frustration that I had with Palo Alto Plumbing charge the service call and no service was provided. She was absolutely rude and did not even want to hear my frustrations. How would you have felt under the circumstances?

Customer service provided by Becky is horrible! Very rude! The plumber’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Despite the fact that everyone was home — and it was obvious from the noise inside — he never made any real attempt to contact us. He didn’t knock on the door, didn’t ring the bell, and simply walked away while my family memember was right there in the front yard. This kind of careless, unprofessional conduct is absolutely infuriating — especially when it leads to an unjustified charge.

This is third time in the last month that members of our extended family were very pleased with Palo Alto Plumbing. For today's plumbing job at our house, Jake was terrific. He came on time, he was obviously very skilled, he knew that we had old plumbing fixtures and he knew how to work with them, and he got the faucet replaced in 1/2 an hour even though we thought it would take much more time. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. He was also willing to wear a mask. He even wore covers on his shoes when he came indoors to keep our house clean.
