4/5 Stars — Highly Recommended for Quality, Just Verify the Estimate The work itself was done to perfection, and the crew did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again. The only reason for the 4-star rating is that communication ahead of time could have been smoother. There was a surprise $500 fee for a heat barrier that wasn't clear on the initial estimate, and the crew had to leave for a couple of hours to get the insulation. They also needed a bit of direction from me regarding the full scope of the job. These are all things that can easily be worked out ahead of time on the next project, and the final result was well worth it.

I was a little worried when no one showed up at the scheduled time for our first appointment, but then realized I never provided them my address. I met with Israel the next day, showed him what I wanted, and he explained there was room to add a third zone to our heating/cooling system. They were able to come and do the installation earlier than expected. Ruben was punctual and a great communicator and went the extra mile when I requested he wrap one final vent strictly for aesthetic purposes. Bubak came out a few days later to wire the units and to set up the thermostat. It all went smoothly and I am super happy with the price and process. Highly recommend.
